These Terms of Use govern the use of the Aural Tone Music Studio website and services.<\/p>\n\n

By using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n

2. Studio Services<\/h2>\n\n

Aural Tone Music Studio provides services such as:<\/p>\n\n

  • audio material recording<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • production and mixing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • studio space rental<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • other audio and music services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n

    3. Bookings and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n

    • Appointments must be booked in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Late arrival or no-show may result in the full charge for the appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      4. Payments<\/h2>\n\n

      • All services are charged according to the current price list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The studio may require an advance payment for bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A service is considered confirmed upon payment (or agreement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        5. Copyright<\/h2>\n\n

        • The client retains copyright to their original material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The studio reserves the right to use anonymous recordings for promotional purposes, unless explicitly prohibited by the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sale of material created in the studio is not permitted without the consent of the rights holder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n

          The studio is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n

          • data loss due to technical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • delays caused by external factors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • misuse of material by third parties after delivery to the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
            \n\n

            7. Website Usage<\/h2>\n\n

            It is prohibited to:<\/p>\n\n

            • attempt unauthorized access to the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • misuse contact forms or services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
